Below is the agenda for TACD’s meeting with U.S. Government IP experts next Wednesday, August 19. Representatives from the USTR, Department of State, Department of Commerce, USPTO, the Copyright Office, and Customs will be present. We expect this to be a very significant inter-agency meeting.According to the government’s agenda (received today), inter-agency representatives will provide a 20-minute presentation on the U.S.-EU IPR Enforcement Working Group. After that, TACD will be offered 50 minutes to present on issues raised in the recent Resolution on IPR Enforcement [link].
